Reliable product identification starts with the right label.
We manufacture blank direct-thermal and thermal-transfer labels, as well as flexographically or digitally printed labels. Format, face material, adhesive, winding direction and print technology are selected for the product, printer, applicator and order quantity.
A label must suit the product, equipment and operating conditions.
In B2B applications, labels may identify production batches, prices, barcodes, ingredients and logistics data, or carry brand graphics. Quotation therefore depends not only on size, but also on face material, adhesive, print technology, labels per roll and application method.
Technology depends on durability, printing method and intended use.
A short-life logistics label, a retail product label and a label requiring high print resistance each need a different specification.
For direct-thermal printers without a ribbon. Suitable for price, shipping, warehouse and other short-life labels.
Printed with a thermal-transfer ribbon. Used where information must remain legible for longer or operate in more demanding conditions.
Well suited to larger runs and stable artwork, including logos, backgrounds, pictograms, brand elements and product information.
A flexible option for shorter runs, product trials, multiple artwork variants and frequently changing designs.
Two quantities are essential: labels per roll and total order quantity.
Label enquiries should include label size, core diameter, winding direction, labels per roll and total quantity. For printed labels, an editable PDF is preferred; JPG or PNG files may be attached as visual references.
Label width, height and shape: rectangle, circle, oval or custom die-cut.
Unwind direction, core diameter and labels per roll must suit the printer or applicator.
Blank direct thermal, blank thermal transfer, flexographic printing or digital printing.
For printed labels, please attach an editable PDF and, if useful, a JPG/PNG preview.
